  • Our priority is reproducing the doll dress as closely as possible - in a 1:6 scale. Details will replicate your look as closely as this size scale will allow.

  • We don’t fabricate dolls, but we do spend a lot of time searching for a doll that represents your look as closely as possible - then we modify her from there.

    We spend a lot of time getting your hair color and style to match as closely as possible. That usually includes hair dying or sewing in new shads.

    We don’t fabricate shoes or crowns. If your feet show in your gown, we will try to duplicate your shoe style. We have a standard crown we love to use.

  • It typically takes 6-8 weeks for us to ship your doll. She is delivered in a standard showcase. The showcase is a gift from Pageant Personality and not a part of what you are charged for in the price of the doll.

  • Item descriptWe do our best to duplicate as many details as we can that the size scale of a doll will allow. We select the doll we use based on the overall look of the queen we are duplicating. Skin tones may vary slightly. If you want us to use a specific doll or your own fabric, please send that to us at the time you place your order and let us know immediately that you're sending your own doll/fabric. We will do our best to duplicate the type of fabric and color for the doll dress. If the fabric is not available in the color of your dress, we will choose another fabric that more closely matches the color.

    We make the dolls based on the photos you send us. The more photos and best quality of photos will produce a doll with more exact detail. If we receive a small, grainy photo, we will do our best with what we have to work with.

    We have a standard crown that we use for all of our dolls and we do not fabricate crowns.

We have been giving our standard showcase with each doll purchased for many years. This free showcase is adequate to protect your custom doll from dust and shows the doll off well. The only complaint we’ve ever heard about this case is that there is a manufacturing mark right in the center of the front of the case and in the same place in the back and it’s not large enough to fully show off a ball gown or gown with a large train. We also do not replace the free showcase if it gets damaged in shipping. If you have a larger dress - like a ballgown, or a gown with a long flowy train, please be aware that it will be a tight fit in the standard case and will not show off the complete fullness of your dress. This is why we are excited to announce that we are now offering a larger, upgraded showcase. There is an additional $100 fee added to the cost of the doll at checkout. These dolls are life-long favorites of every person we’ve ever heard from that has received one of our dolls. We feel like the upgraded showcase is a must to really showcase your special memento.
